Poletna gibalno-meditativna raziskovanja na prostem.

V juniju vas vabim, da se mi pridružite na treh gibalno-meditativnih raziskovanjih na prostem, ki bodo potekala v intimnem objemu travnika in dreves Oaze miru v Renčah na Goriškem (Vinišče). 

SREDA, 8., 15. in 22. junij ob 18.30. 

Gibalno-meditativno raziskovanje vključuje tehnike in principe različnih modalitet - od joge, različnih vrst meditacije, metode Feldenkrais, somatskega doživljanja po Petru Levinu, taoistične notranje alkimije, … Te bodo na srečanjih smiselno kombinirane z namenom poglabljanja utelešenosti, regulacije živčnega sistema, odkrivanja virov moči ter raziskovanja notranjega prostora, gibanja in delovanja.
